No. ArborOne is an independent entity whose sole purpose is to own and operate tree care companies. There is no private equity firm that exercises control of ArborOne in the background.

Bowen Falls Capital, LLC is the legal entity that makes acquisitions on behalf of ArborOne (and only ArborOne). Like ArborOne, Bowen Falls Capital is NOT affiliated with a private equity firm.

The vast majority of our equity comes from wealthy U.S.-based entrepreneurs who have built and run very successful companies.

The name would remain the same. ArborOne only targets tree care companies with strong reputations in their local markets, and we believe there is tremendous value in keeping those names. Your legacy will be carried on proudly, not devoured by a monstrous corporation.

We go to great lengths to retain every single one of the employees, and we are extremely proud of our track record in this area. In many cases, deserving employees get raises and/or promotions shortly after the transaction.

This depends on how involved the company’s management team wants us to be. In our experience, management has always wanted ArborOne to be quite involved, which is often why they chose to partner with us in the first place. Soon after the transaction closes, we sit down with the management team to better understand the areas of opportunity that they see and the ways in which we can be helpful. After everyone is fully aligned on the strategy and value creation plan, we roll up our sleeves and work closely alongside the team to help execute on that plan.
